熱熔玻璃主要設(shè)備為熱熔爐，采用箱式電加熱，在爐膛上部安裝紅外電熱管為發(fā)熱元件，以輻射加熱為主，對爐膛內(nèi)放置的平板玻璃進(jìn)行加熱。紅外電熱管比電阻絲加熱使?fàn)t內(nèi)溫度分布更為均勻。通過數(shù)字控溫箱來控制爐內(nèi)溫度制度，根據(jù)指定的升溫曲線加熱和保溫，按退火溫度制度進(jìn)行退火。

彎鋼玻璃是將玻璃通過預(yù)處理加工（切磨成所需尺寸）再加熱到軟化溫度，然后靠自重或外界作用力將其彎曲成型并經(jīng)自然冷卻后制成所需的弧形玻璃。

Hot bending / bending steel glass is heated to the softening temperature by pre processing (cut into the required size) and then bending by self weight or external force to make the required arc glass after natural cooling.
